Atarna ("we", "us", "our") is a price comparison and deal discovery platform. We are not a retailer and do not sell, store, or ship any products. All transactions are made directly between you and third-party retailers.

By accessing and using Atarna, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent if aged 13–15), and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified via email to registered members.

Atarna provides a price comparison and deal discovery service. We:

• Aggregate and display product listings from third-party retailers
• Provide AI-powered search and recommendations
• Offer price alert notifications for tracked products

Atarna is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of any products or services listed. Always verify information directly on the retailer's website before purchasing.

Atarna offers a free trial period followed by optional paid membership plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Recurring monthly billing via Stripe (our payment processor)
• The price displayed at the time of subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your Account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing without giving a reason, for a full refund, provided you have not actively used the premium features. To exercise this right, contact us at privacy@atarna.co.uk.

Atarna reserves the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Some product links on Atarna are affiliate links. If you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase, Atarna may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence the order or selection of search results. We aim to surface the best available deals regardless of any commercial relationship.

We participate in affiliate programmes including but not limited to: Amazon Associates, Awin, and other retailer networks. This is disclosed in accordance with applicable advertising standards guidelines.

All content on Atarna — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of Atarna or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on Atarna without our express written permission.

Product images and descriptions are sourced from third-party retailers and remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to use Atarna to:

• Violate any applicable UK or international law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
• Submit false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent trial or usage limits
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our consent

Atarna reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts found in breach of these terms without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atarna shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform
• Any loss resulting from transactions made with third-party retailers
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Atarna shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us at privacy@atarna.co.uk. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 working days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, you may also refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or to your local Trading Standards office.
